ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿತ್ತರವಾಗಲಿ ಅವಳು ಬಣ್ಣಗಳಿಂದ

ಹೃದಯ ಸೋತು ಬಡಿತ ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಮುನ್ನ ನನಗೆ ಸಿಗಲಿ ಅವಳು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಪ್ರೇಮದಿಂದ.....!!!!

NEW YEAR-2

It was 5.30 in the morning when my alarm started ringing but more disturbing was Vikram’s call which sued off my sleep. I woke up and without disturbing others I was ready to leave the room after a fresh bath and touch up. Then I went to Santosh’s(gidda) place as we had a plan leaving for the trip together. Vikram was the organizer of the trip, he planned to leave by 6.30am and which he followed it precisely by coming at santu’s room in time with a 8+1 seat vehicle and its driver. We left our place, stopped a while at temple for some formalities then waited near bus stop for two more friends to join us, they were Smitha(sony) and Soumya. Soon after they came, though we left again we had to stop near kodagehalli for Anusha(aniga) and Ranjitha(potti) to join us.

Then we started again towards our destination. But there was a little suspense troubling me about the arrival of Smitha’s friend(Shashikanth), who was a stranger for all of us except Vikram. We stopped near corporation circle regarding shashi, while, me and anusha went in search of ATM and also I called some of MY VIPs to wish them for new year. It was time to break the suspense which I mean shashi came. It was surprising that he didn’t seem strange to us, he was more flexible to adjust with us with in no time. Then our journey began to our destination and it was “MEKE DAATU and SANGAMA”

MEKE DAATU and SANGAMA was one of the beautiful picnic spots around Bangalore. I have visited the place about 5years ago and had a rough plan of the spot in my mind. Finally we left Bangalore by 8.00am and it took nearly 3 and a half hours to reach our destination which was approximately 100 kilometers from Bangalore. The delay in the time was due to a stop on the way to break our fast (break-fast). We stopped our vehicle on the way near by a big tree to have our food. It was chapatti with yummy “tomato gojju” prepared by Vikram’s mother. After the breakfast we left the place and reached sangama by 11.30 which was little late than expected.

NEW YEAR-1

It was 31st of December 2011 and my wrist watch was running at its own speed showing the time as 6.30pm. It was the time I boarded a bus heading towards Bangalore. By around 7.30pm I got down in yelahanka. Standing at the NES bus stop, yelahanka I called up my friends sritesh and vikram (shade) regarding my visit to their place. It was while after the call, Shade landed near the bus top with his bike. Then both together left to Sritesh’s room. We spent some time together in the room, while the time in its speed was 9.00pm. It was time for Shade to go home, I stayed at Sritesh’s place.

Utsav brought me a cup of rice kheer to eat which was delicious with cashew nuts and dry grapes. Fortunately, the time reduced its speed, mean while me and sritesh started our discussion about December 2012, Mayan calendar, polar shift and the list grew so on. Our discussion was very irritating to our genius friend Utsav but he had no other choice of telling us to stop it only once after which we still carried on. Time passed and it was 11.00pm, so we started with our dinner which included roti, panner curry, egg omlet, egg rice. It’s a pleasure having food at Sritesh’s room which I like the most in yelahanka.

Now the most awaited moment was nearby and its nothing more than 12.00 midnight, 1st of January 2012. Sharp at 12.00 we wished each other. A little sad thing was not receiving expected calls but which was soon washed out by the first wish on my phone by my old, close buddy Dilip. Then the calls were followed by one after the other which ended up finally around 1.00am. We spent another hour chatting and then I planned to sleep by 2.00am as I was in plan of picnic early morning. Sritesh and Utsav continued with their laptops.
